我们常常收到一些机手的来信,谈到他们在机器使用中遇到的各种疑难问题,要求编辑部帮助解决,对这些来信,我们根据不同情况,都尽力及早分别给予回音。其中凡与生产厂家有关的,立即转给厂方,并附上编辑部的意见。一般厂家对此都比较重视,在接到转函后,或针对用户提出的各种问题,一一给予认真解答,或立即派人前往用户处进行维修服务,态度十分热诚,从下面发表的两个厂家的信件中可见一斑。我们感谢读者对编辑部的信任,同时也赞扬生产厂家对用户的热诚服务态度。今后我们愿意继续做好用户与厂家之间的信息沟通工作。但是考虑到目前我国农机生产厂家都十分重视产品售后服务工作,一般都设有用户服务组(科),用户在产品使用中遇到难题,直接与生产厂家联系,不仅能够得到热情服务,而且还可以省去编辑部的中转时间,使问题及早得到解决。因此我们鼓励农机用户,今后在工作中如果遇到产品使用方面的问题,可与生产厂家直接联系,不必有任何顾虑。其间遇到麻烦,如果转告编辑部,我们将尽力帮助解决。另外,为了提高农机使用水平,减少机械故障和损坏,我们建议用户在购买机器后,首先到有关部门参加技术培训,并在使用机器前认真阅读使用说明书,严格遵照技术规程操作机器。同时我们也希望生产厂家进一步完善产品售后服务工作,定期巡回服务,主动及时地解决用户在产品使用中遇到的各种难题。
