With China’s accession to the WTO, it will bring tremendous development opportunities to the tourism market in Jiangxi and the whole country. At the same time, we must also be aware of the many implications and challenges that come with it. East China six provinces and one city, Jiangxi is located inland, the economy is relatively backward, which also determines the province’s hotels are mostly middle and low hotels. Relative to Jiangxi this market, such hotels basically meet the needs of the market, at the same time, more flexible in the competition. But its biggest flaw is the software service. In 2001, none of them hired a professional hotel management company to conduct a survey of low-and-middle-class hotels in Nanchang. This determined that middle and low-end hotel management would be mixed and uneven, and that the overall service level was not high.
