内燃机的排气阀要求在大热负荷条件下具有优良的抗氧化性、耐磨性和耐热性。现在已经用5Cr21Mn9Ni4N(简称21-4N)来代替传统的4Cr9Si2、4Cr10Si2Mo。虽然21-4N钢具有优良的耐腐蚀性、耐热性及抗氧化性(可达800℃以上)。但鉴于工艺上的原因,达不到气阀的设计要求。为解决此问题,国外采用21-4N奥氏体钢与马氏体钢实行对接,即采用双金属排气阀。为解决双金属排气阀的生产问题,我厂采用了摩擦焊工艺。并自行设计了3HMZ-16专用自动摩擦焊机。自80年10月投产以来,已生产了近200万支排气阀,解决了生产上的需要。
Exhaust valves for internal combustion engines require excellent oxidation resistance, wear resistance and heat resistance under large heat load conditions. In order to solve the production problem of bimetal exhaust valve, our factory adopts the friction welding process. And designed their own 3HMZ-16 dedicated automatic friction welding. Since its commissioning in October 1980, nearly 2 million exhaust valves have been produced, solving the production needs.
