闪蒸发电是一种新兴的高效节能的新型发电技术。所谓“闪蒸”就是指液体(本设计而言就是水)进入比较低压的容器中后,由于压力的突然降低,使这些饱和水蒸发为饱和水蒸汽。生产过程中没有有害废气排放,能源消耗低,不污染环境。本课题根据闪蒸过程对负压的工艺要求,设计了一套基于PLC400的闪蒸过程负压控制系统。系统温度压力调节采用PID控制算法,以使压力快速稳定在设定值上。采用WINCC设计的人机交互界面面向操作对象,操作简单,方便操作人员对整个生产过程进行实时监控。
Flash generation is a new energy-efficient new generation technology. The so-called “flash” refers to the liquid (in this design is water) into the relatively low pressure container, due to a sudden decrease in pressure, so that these saturated water evaporates into saturated water vapor. No harmful emissions during production, low energy consumption and no pollution to the environment. According to the technical requirements of the negative pressure during the flash process, this project designed a set of negative pressure control system based on the PLC400 flash process. System temperature and pressure adjustment using PID control algorithm, so that the pressure quickly stabilized at the set value. Using WINCC design of human-computer interface for the operation of the object, easy to operate, easy for operators to monitor the entire production process in real time.
