湖北省老河口化工(集团)股份有限公司第二期下岗职工培训班,不久前,经过一周的紧张培训后宣告结束。64名参加培训的下岗人员中,有61名领到了下岗培训证,另3名因考试不合格将继续参加第三期培训。据悉,对下岗工人先培训再下岗的做法,是该公司今年来对下岗职工实行规范化管理的又一新举措。笔者为之击掌叫好。 好在下岗前培训,为下岗工人灌输市场经济知识,宣传再就业先进典型,组织营销人员现身说法,能增强他们再就业本领,自觉寻找就业门路;好在规定下岗工人,必须在领到下岗证后方可进入社会,能促进他们积极参
