针对选矿对硫化矿的综合利用,提高产品质量等科研的需要,参考资料[1—3],拟定了砷的快速测定方法:采用硝酸、硫酸溶样,硫酸肼还原砷,过量的硫酸肼在铜离子催化下,利用热的浓硫酸破坏和氧化易变价元素,在3N左右的盐酸中,用硫酸铈消除锑的干扰后,控制1.5N左右的盐酸酸度,用甲基橙作指示剂,次甲基兰为催化剂,用标准溴酸钾溶液滴定砷,获得了准确稳定的结果,方法简单、快速、灵敏度高、选择性强、成本低,适用批量分析。
Aiming at the need of comprehensive utilization of sulphide ore and the improvement of product quality and other scientific research, reference materials [1-3], a rapid determination method of arsenic has been drawn up: using a solution of nitric acid and sulfuric acid to dissolve arsenic and hydrazine sulfate in an excessive amount of Copper ion catalyst, the use of hot concentrated sulfuric acid destruction and oxidation of volatile elements, hydrochloric acid in about 3N, the interference of antimony with cerium sulfate to control the acidity of about 1.5N hydrochloric acid, methyl orange as an indicator, the second Methyl blue as a catalyst, standard potassium bromate titration arsenic, obtained accurate and stable results, the method is simple, fast, high sensitivity, selectivity, low cost, suitable for batch analysis.
