目的：探讨介入超声联合胆道镜微创化治疗胰周脓肿效果。方法选取100例胰周脓肿患者，对其进行介入超声联合胆道镜微创化治疗。待治疗完成后对治疗效果进行分析讨论。结果经过介入超声联合胆道镜微创化治疗后，100例胰周脓肿患者治愈例数为92例，治愈率为92.00%，平均治愈时间为（54±12）天。另外8例并发其他疾病使用非手术方式治愈。结论介入超声联合胆道镜微创化治疗胰周脓肿的过程中，不仅控制了损伤发生的可能性，还基本达到了治疗目的，值得在临床中推广应用。“,”Objective To investigate the effect of interventional ultrasound combined with bile duct endoscopy in the treatment of pancreatic abscess. Methods 100 cases of patients with pancreatic abscess were treated by interventional ultrasound combined with minimaly invasive surgery. After treatment, the treatment effect was analyzed and discussed. Results after interventional ultrasound combined with minimaly invasive endoscopic treatment, 100 cases of pancreatic abscess patients were cured for 92 cases, the cure rate was 92%, the average cure time was (54 + 12) days. Another 8 patients complicated with other diseases were cured by non operative method. Conclusion interventional ultrasound combined with minimaly invasive endoscopic treatment of pancreatic abscess in the process, not only to control the possibility of injury, but also basicaly achieved the purpose of treatment, it is worth in clinical application.
