Objective To evaluate the effect of quantitative management of type 2 diabetic patients. Methods Ninety-nine patients with type 2 diabetes who volunteered to participate in the management were enrolled in the study. Patients’ exercise and diet were quantitatively managed by using self-contained energy monitor and confidential health management software. Before and after the comparison of various indicators of management changes. Results After the management, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, BMI, waist circumference, fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose 2h, glycosylated hemoglobin, cholesterol, triglyceride, LDL [(118.21 ± 11.55) mmHg, (75.90 ± 6.87) (8.11 ± 1.77) mmol / L, (6.47 ± 1.07)%, (4.74 ± 0.85) mmol / L and (25.64 ± 2.69) kg / L, (1.67 ± 0.84) mmol / L, (2.92 ± 0.77) mmol / L] were significantly higher than those before management [(128.21 ± 16.04) mm Hg, (80.28 ± 11.66) mm Hg, (26.33 ± 2.69) (92.79 ± 8.00) cm, (8.01 ± 2.56) mmol / L, (10.94 ± 3.50) mmol / L, (7.15 ± 1.19)%, (5.22 ± 0.83) mmol / L and (2.28 ± 1.87) mmol / L , (3.14 ± 0.75) mmol / L] (P <0.05). The total amount of exercise and effective exercise than before management increased, the difference was statistically significant (t = 2.347, P <0.05). Management of carbohydrate intake than before the management increased (x ~ 2 = 5.193, P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive quantitative behavior management in patients with type 2 diabetes can effectively control the blood sugar, blood lipid, blood pressure and BMI in diabetic patients.
