本文提出了一种基于最优化原理的船舶最佳航线计算方法。在计算方案中引用了统筹学中求主要矛盾线的“破圈法”,并实现了计算网络和初值的自动选取,对不同浪、流条件下航行速度的变化作了定量估计,为船舶定线和跟踪服务提供了客观定量的计算方法,经过个例运算和实船试验,证明该计算方法是行之有效的。
This paper presents a method based on the optimal principle of the ship’s best route calculation. In the calculation scheme, it refers to the “broken circle method” that takes the main contradiction line in the overall planning and learning, and realizes the automatic selection of the calculation network and the initial value. It quantitatively estimates the change of the sailing speed under different wave and flow conditions, The alignment and tracking services provide an objective and quantitative method of calculation. After a case study and a real-ship experiment, the calculation method is proved to be effective.
