1.绪言铸件中由于金属液的充填状态不合适而产生缺陷如冷隔、浇不到等颇不少见,尤其在一箱多铸时,由于铸件布置位置不同而产生缺陷数量亦不同的情况已为实践所证实。现以铸钢一箱浇18件为例,在所确定的浇注方案中,离直浇口位置最远的铸件,常产生浇不到、气孔等缺陷。开始从缺陷的状态和它的位置分析认为是金属液充填不充分所致,于是设计出能够较多地供给金属液的浇道,但未见效果。对此,由研究金属液的充填状态入手,概略地算出能够改善不均匀状态等的浇注系统的尺寸,进一步以水、钢水证实它的流出状态,然后作出浇注系统方案并加以实施。
