OBJECTIVE To establish a method for measuring the dose of hand skin involved in occupational personnel and to compare the dose of hands involved in occupational personnel involved in conventional single X-ray tube and newer dual-X-ray tube interventional equipment, Dose monitoring and radiation protection to provide a scientific basis for improvement. Methods The thermoluminescence dosimetry (TLD) method was used, and the skin equivalent dose H_p (0.07) was measured. Two single X-ray tubes and three dual X-ray tube interventional devices were selected to measure the hand skin dose of 231 interventional workers involved in 4 interventional procedures. Comparison of single hand X-ray tube and dual X-ray tube interventional devices for interventional occupational hand dose statistics. Results The Hg (0.07) dose of the skin of the hand skin had a good linear fit to TLD (R ~ 2 = 0.99996). Single X-ray tube and dual X-ray tube interventional equipment involved in the occupational personnel hand skin irradiation doses were shown for the treatment of surgery is higher than the angiography class surgery, hand exposure dose and exposure time is positively correlated. In the case of neurosurgical angiography, double-X-ray tube interventional devices have a shorter exposure time (U = -4.307, P <0.05) than single X-ray tube interventional devices, high. Conclusions Dual X-ray tube interventional devices improve the efficiency of surgery compared with single X-ray tube interventional devices, but also increase the dose exposure of professionals involved. Awareness and measures of radiation protection involving occupational personnel should be strengthened to ensure the health of professional staff.
