目的 研究“抗毒升白合剂”治疗肿瘤患者放、化疗后白细胞下降的效果。方法 收集 6 0例肿瘤患者 ,随机分为A、B两组。A组服用“抗毒升白合剂” ;B组服用川黄液加其他升白药 ,观察治疗前后临床症状、KPS评分、血常规变化。结果 A组临床症状、KPS评分、血常规呈好转趋势 ;B组临床症状、KPS评分、血常规呈加重趋势 ,两组相对有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 抗毒升白合剂对提高肿瘤放、化疗患者白细胞数量 ,改善临床症状 ,提高生存质量有较好疗效。
Objective To study the effect of anti-drug and lightening mixture on leukopenia after radiotherapy and chemotherapy in cancer patients. Methods Tumors of 60 patients were collected and randomly divided into A and B groups. Group A took anti-drug lightening compound; Group B took Chuanxiong solution plus other Baiyao drugs to observe clinical symptoms, KPS score and blood routine changes before and after treatment. Results The clinical symptoms, KPS score and blood routine in group A tended to be improved. The clinical symptoms, KPS score and blood routine in group B tended to be aggravated. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Antitoxic and lightening mixture can improve the number of leukocytes in patients with radiotherapy and chemotherapy, improve clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life.
