谁是中国高校第一股?现在业务情况如何? 11月中旬一个阳光灿烂的日子,我们在瑞安广场采访了复华集团副总裁赵之凡先生,他还兼任集团下属的上海保护神信息技术有限公司和上海中和软件公司(以下简称“中和”)的总经理。 上海复华实业股份有限公司是由原复旦大学科技开发总公司改制而成的一家科技型股份制企业,创办于1 984年11月,改制于1 992年7月,是中国大陆第一家高校股份制上市公司。多年来,公司始终坚持发展高科技、实现产业化,走可持续发展道路的发展战略.积极投身于高新技术产业化、国际化工作,已形成较完整的科研、生产、销售、售后服务及市场体系。目前公司拥有9家国内全资子公司、25家国内直属分公司和办事处、上千家分布全国的代理商、分销商和销售网点、4家中外合资企业、3家海外企业以及4家国内控股参股企业.基本形成了跨行业、跨地域、综合发展的科技企业集团。
Who is the first unit of Chinese colleges and universities? What is the current business situation? It was founded in November 1984 and restructured in July 1992. It is the first joint-stock college in mainland China Listed company. Over the years, the company has always adhered to the development strategy of developing high-tech, industrialization, and sustainable development, and has devoted itself to the industrialization and internationalization of high-tech industries and has formed a complete scientific research, production, sales, after-sales service and market system. At present, the company owns 9 domestic wholly-owned subsidiaries, 25 branches and offices directly under domestic jurisdiction, over 1,000 agents, distributors and sales outlets all over the country, 4 Sino-foreign joint ventures, 3 overseas enterprises and 4 domestic subsidiaries Equity joint-stock enterprises basically formed a cross-sectoral, trans-regional and comprehensive development of science and technology enterprise groups.
