徐琛(本刊记者,以下简称徐):您长期在平画设计界从事设计实践与教学,曾经经历过社会发展的几个阶段,能否概括性地介绍一下近五十年中国平面设计发展的基本状况以及各个阶段的基本特点? 王国伦(中央工艺美院院长助理,以下简称王):中国平面设计分为“文革”以前一个阶段,“文革”中一个阶段,拨乱反正是一个阶段,改革开放到现在一个阶段。当今中国的平面设计发展最为迅速,形势最为喜人。这与改革开放以后人们思想解放有很大的关系,中国的设计实践在宽松的环境下更好地借鉴世界上优秀的设计思想与设计作品。有今天是因为有过去做基础,特别是没有“文化大革命”极左思潮的干扰,今天也不会发展这么快。人们在批判“极左”思潮之下,应该重新来认识它的重要性。从解放到“文革”之前,
