为筛选出防治白背飞虱的高毒农药替代药剂,2006年采用稻茎浸渍法测定了6类20种杀虫剂对采自广西南宁白背飞虱种群的室内毒力。结果表明,噻嗪酮、吡虫啉、噻虫嗪、氯噻啉、烯啶虫胺、啶虫脒、丁烯氟虫腈、氟虫腈、毒死蜱、异丙威、敌敌畏等5类11种杀虫剂具有较高毒力,推荐它们作为大田药效试验的候选品种。用噻嗪酮对2006年8月采自江苏南京的白背飞虱种群进行了14代抗性筛选,抗性上升了9.6倍,其抗性现实遗传力(h2)为0.2754,表明白背飞虱对噻嗪酮具有较高的抗性风险。
In order to screen out a highly toxic alternative pesticide against whitebacked planthopper, the indoor toxicity of six kinds of 20 kinds of insecticides to white-backed planthoppers collected from Nanning, Guangxi was determined by rice stem dipping method in 2006.
