创新的核心是“发现和提出问题、分析和解决问题”。在数学课堂教学中,不仅要传授知识,更要进行数学思维训练。培养学生的创新意识,教师的引导者角色很重要。如果在平时的教学中,教师在教材的研读和处理方面,在数学资料的使用方面,展现了发现问题、提出问题、分析和解决问题的示范作用,那么言传身教,就能真正体现对学生创新意识的培养。结合作为四川省教育厅送教到县讲师团成员的送教经历以及多次在市级骨干教师培训上所办的讲座经历,主要是从教学中教师的引领实例和培养学生的创新意识的途径教学探究,抛砖引玉,恳请斧正。
