对油田常用的原油含水分析仪测试系统提出一些补偿措施,研制出一种补偿式电容法原油含水分析仪。其原理是采用软硬件共同补偿,用直接电容法设计出新型电容传感器,用具有转换精度高、抗干扰能力强、线性度好等特点的信号转换接口电路构成前向通道;采用积累平均模式和分段回归软件处理方法,简便有效地实现了流态补偿和温度补偿。从而进一步提高测量的准确性。
Some compensation measures are put forward for the test system of crude oil and water analyzer which is commonly used in the oilfield and a compensatory capacitance method crude oil and water analyzer is developed. The principle is the use of hardware and software to compensate, using direct capacitance method to design a new capacitive sensor, with a high conversion accuracy, anti-interference ability, good linearity and other characteristics of the signal conversion interface circuit to form the forward channel; using the cumulative average mode and Segment regression software processing method, the fluid state compensation and temperature compensation are realized easily and effectively. Thereby further improving the accuracy of the measurement.
