【目的】研究不同灌溉方式和容器长度培育的栓皮栎(Quercus variabilis Blume)容器苗在造林 1 年后的生长及养分变化情况,结合苗期生长情况和造林效果,为苗圃阶段培育栓皮栎容器苗选择灌溉方式和容器提供科学依据。【方法】选取 2 种灌溉方式(上方灌溉、底部渗灌)、2 种容器长度(D40 即口径 6.4 cm×高 25 cm,体积 656 m L;D60即口径 6.4 cm×高 36 cm,体积 983 m L)共 4 个处理培育的 1 年生栓皮栎容器苗造林,测定造林 1 年成活率、形态指标及养分状况。【结果】①底部渗灌提高了造林成活率。②D60 培育的栓皮栎容器苗造林 1 年后苗高、地径显著大于 D40。③底部渗灌提高了造林苗木茎生物量; D60 培育的栓皮栎容器苗造林 1 年后茎、根和单株生物量比 D40 的分别提高了22%、16%和 18%。④底部渗灌提高了造林苗茎磷浓度。⑤苗木成活率与苗期养分浓度和含量显著正相关,造林后苗高、生物量与苗期生物量、养分状况呈显著正相关。【结论】底部渗灌、D60 容器培育的栓皮栎容器苗造林 1 年后形态指标和养分浓度分别优于上方灌溉、D40 容器培育的。结合温室中 1 年生栓皮栎容器苗培育制度,一般情况下,底部渗灌和 D60容器在温室中培育栓皮栎容器苗时可视作较好选择。
【Objective】 The objective of this study was to study the growth and nutrient changes of Quercus variabilis Blume container seedlings cultivated under different irrigation methods and container length for one year after afforestation. According to the growth of seedlings and afforestation results, container seedlings of Quercus variabilis Blume Choose irrigation methods and containers to provide a scientific basis. 【Method】 Two kinds of irrigation methods (upper irrigation and bottom infiltration irrigation) were selected. The length of two kinds of vessels (D40 is 6.4 cm in diameter × 25 cm in height and 656 m in volume; D60 is 6.4 cm in diameter × 36 cm in height and 983 m in volume L) A total of 4 treatments of afforestation of 1-year-old container seedlings of Quercus variabilis were conducted. The 1-year survival rate, morphological indexes and nutrient status of afforestation were determined. 【Result】 ① Bottom infiltration increased afforestation survival rate. (2) Seedlings of Daphnia magna cv. Shui-Qiu cultivated in D60 1 year after seedling height were significantly larger than D40. The infiltration at the bottom increased the stalk biomass of seedlings; the biomass of stems, roots and shoots increased by 22%, 16% and 18% respectively after 1 year of container seedlings of D60 nurtured. ④ infiltration at the bottom of silviculture to improve the phosphorus concentration of stems. ⑤ seedling survival rate and seedling nutrient concentration and content was significantly positively correlated, after afforestation seedling height, biomass and seedling biomass, nutrient status was significantly positively correlated. 【Conclusion】 The morphological indexes and nutrient concentrations of container seedlings of Daphnia magosti: Cultivated in the D60 container at the bottom were better than that of the upper irrigation and D40 containers respectively after one-year afforestation. In combination with the one-year pestle seedling cultivation system in the greenhouse, under normal circumstances, bottom infiltration and D60 containers can be considered as the better choice when the container seedlings are cultivated in the greenhouse.
