目的 观察Sysmex KX-21血细胞分析仪计数血小板的影响因素.方法 采取手指末梢血分不同时间段用仪器检测与静脉血手工计数比较.结果 表明采取手指末梢血标本测定时放置时间不同及低色素小细胞性贫血对Sysmex KX-21型血细胞仪计数血小板产生影响,标本采集后0.5分钟仪器计数法低于静脉血手工计数法,标本放置5分钟后计数结果影响不大,但放置2小时后血小板计数明显降低.结论 Sysmex KX-21血细胞分析仪计数血小板的准确性取决于多种因素,只有正确操作,排除各种因素干扰才能使血小板计数结果准确可靠.
