目的了解镇江市2009—2010年卫生举报投诉情况,掌握卫生监督举报投诉的重点和难点,以更好地指导卫生监督工作。方法对2009—2010年镇江市卫生监督机构受理的全部举报投诉资料进行分析。结果两年共接到举报投诉案件416件,其中方式以来电投诉最多,占64.18%;类别以食品卫生举报投诉案件数量最多,占54.09%,医疗卫生类举报投诉位居第二,占27.64%。2010年医疗卫生类举报投诉案件明显增多,其中涉及无证执业的案件占80.86%。结论来电是群众举报投诉的主要方式,医疗卫生是除了食品卫生外举报投诉的重点。应畅通一切举报投诉渠道,加大监管力度,积极采取相应措施打压非法行为。
Objective To understand the complaints about health reporting from 2009 to 2010 in Zhenjiang City and to grasp the key and difficult points of health supervision and complaint reporting in order to better guide the health supervision. Methods The data of all reported complaints received by the health supervision agencies in Zhenjiang from 2009 to 2010 were analyzed. As a result, a total of 416 complaints and complaints were received in two years, of which 64.18% were most frequently reported by telephone. The number of cases reported by food hygiene was the largest, accounting for 54.09%, and the second was reported by medical and health authorities, accounting for 27.64% . In 2010, the number of medical and health reporting complaints increased significantly, of which 80.86% were related to undocumented practice. Conclusion Incoming calls are the main ways for people to report complaints. Health care is the focus of complaints in addition to food hygiene. All channels for reporting complaints should be unblocked, supervision should be intensified and corresponding measures should be taken to suppress unlawful acts.
