笔者在工作中实测到北京局部地区浅层地下水温明显增高和水质恶化的数据,从而提出应注意浅层地下水热污染问题。据不完全统计,北京受污染的河渠段已长达500公里,占河段总长70%。特别是高井电厂和石景山电站等冷却废热水(30~37℃)的排放,使永定河引水渠的水温常年高于原天然水温6~10℃。这个数据,已超过了国际上承认的防止地表水受热污染的标准。苏联规定,饮用水和作物栽培用水的水体,接收废热之后的水温,不应超过夏季天
