杀虫脒可以用于防除对有机氯、有机磷产生抗性的害虫,杀虫效果好。且具有内吸性、残效期长等特点,因而近几年来,成为我县生产上用量最多的农药品种。1983年使用99吨,1984年达114吨。在使用实践中,我们感到有以下六点是要注意的。 一、注意防治对象。我县实践证明,杀虫脒是二化螟、三化螟、稻纵卷叶螟等害虫的特效药剂,正确使用,杀虫效果可达90～100％。用于防治棉叶螨,对成、若螨及卵的效果高达95％。但对大螟、蓟马、稻瘿蚊、叶蝉类等效果很差。杀虫脒对许多天敌,如食螨瓢虫、寄生蜂类伤害较小。
