在现代桥梁工程中,涌现出了大批先进的施工技术,从而为公路桥梁工程建设创造了有利条件。随着公路桥梁事业的迅猛发展和设计水平的不断提高,为满足工程工期提前完成的要求,同时又要保证高速公路工程的建设质量,很多构件均需要工厂化预制生产,桥面板就是其中的一种;由于桥面板预制生产有着很高的难度,因此在实际的施工过程中,必须严格按照设计要求和相关规范进行施工,从而才能够确保桥面板的预制质量。因此加大对桥面板预制中新技术应用的分析研究不仅意义重大,而且迫在眉睫。本文通过对桥面板预制技术的深入研究,然后对预制生产过程中新技术的应用进行了详细阐述,以供同行参考。

Therefore, it is not only significant but also urgent to increase the analysis on the application of new technology in the prefabrication of bridge deck. In this paper, the bridge deck prefabricated technology in-depth study, and then the prefabricated production process of new technologies are described in detail for peer reference.
