输精管畸形极少见,笔者在国内未见双侧副输精管的报道。我院在1990年大批量输精管结扎(男扎)手术中发现1例双侧副输精管畸形,现报告如下: 受术者,王××,男,35岁,农民,汉族。自愿施行输精管结扎术。体格检查;发育正常,营养中等,心肺无异常,肝脾肋下未触及。外生殖器发育正常,双侧输精管无粘连,在每侧整个精索部位的后侧皆可触及与输精管伴行、质地相等似输精管条状物,但较细,上至外环,下至附睾。常规备皮消毒、无菌巾单,用“针 Vasectomy is rare, I have not seen bilateral reports of Vice vas deferens in the country.
