A few years ago, Detroit found itself under pressure from many federal government regulations. Environmental protection departments demanded to reduce emissions; the energy sector demanded to reduce the number of liters of gas consumed per 100 × 10 ~ 3 meters of traffic; transport departments to reduce traffic accidents and provide safer vehicles. In order to meet these demands, there is a need for a lighter-weight vehicle.
