泡沫沥青与乳化沥青冷再生混合料在室内许多物理力学性能等方面表现不同,由此2种再生材料在具体施工细节及质量控制方面也存在异同点。为了指导施工单位注意区分和掌握不同再生方式的关键质量控制方法,保证施工质量,本文对泡沫沥青与乳化沥青厂拌冷再生施工关键工艺进行比较研究。研究发现,2种冷再生技术在施工流程及施工设备等方面相同,在混合料拌制、碾压成型及养生等方面有所不同。
Foam bitumen and emulsified bitumen cold reclaimed mixture show different performance in many physical and mechanical properties, so the two kinds of reclaimed materials have similarities and differences in the details of construction and quality control. In order to guide the construction unit to pay attention to distinguish and master the key quality control methods of different regeneration modes and to ensure the construction quality, the paper studies the key technologies of cold-recycling construction of foam asphalt and emulsified asphalt plant. The study found that two kinds of cold regeneration technology in the construction process and construction equipment, etc. are the same, mixing in the mixing, rolling molding and health and so on are different.
