为了探索草原大面积的喷灌技术,一九七八年四月下旬起,我们在青海省海晏甘子河公社草原畜牧业现代化中间试验点上,根据牧草不同生育期(返青、拔节、抽穗),采用海晏县农修厂402型喷灌机进行三次喷灌实验工作。一九七九年又采用海晏县农机厂2 1/2BPZ—55喷灌自吸泵进行重复试验,我们采取大面积喷灌试验和小区试验相结合的方法,既完成了一千亩草原喷灌试验任务,又为草原喷灌取得了一些科学数据,现介绍如下。
