多层砌体结构是目前既有建筑物较为普遍的一种结构,由于现有砌体结构使用时间较长,功能改变,老规范对抗震性能要求较低等多种原因,需要对大量的砌体结构进行安全性和抗震性鉴定,通过鉴定对既有砌体结构和使用情况进行充分了解,通过对既有多层砌体结构进行有针对性的加固来保证结构安全性和可靠性。多层砌体房屋的抗震加固问题一直是结构加固领域研究的一个课题。
