目的:建立灵丹草合剂中洋艾素的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定羊艾素的含量。色谱柱为大连依利特C18(4.6mm×200mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-1%甲酸溶液(35:65),流速为1.0mLomin-1,检测波长为350nm,按外标法计算含量。结果:洋艾素在3.16~63.20μg·mL-1范围内,与相应峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.99995,n=7)。加样回收率平均值为97.0%,RSD为0.48%(n=6)。结论:本研究建立了一种快速、简便、准确的HPLC测定灵丹草合剂中洋艾素的方法,为该制剂的质量控制提供依据。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of catechin in Lingdancao mixture. Methods: The content of IAP was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The column was Dalian ELITE C18 (4.6mm × 200mm, 5μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-1% formic acid solution (35:65), the flow rate was 1.0mLomin-1 and the detection wavelength was 350nm. Results: In the range of 3.16 ~ 63.20μg · mL-1, the yttrium alkaloids showed a good linear relationship with the corresponding peak area (r = 0.99995, n = 7). The average recovery was 97.0% with a RSD of 0.48% (n = 6). Conclusion: This study established a rapid, simple and accurate HPLC method for the determination of allophan in Lingdancao mixture and provided the basis for the quality control of the preparation.
