通过对300名高中学生进行的问卷调查结果所做的分析,发现他们普遍存在心理压力的困扰。应全面识别引起高中学生心理压力的压力源,并且控制压力源,提高高中学生适应能力两方面来调适高中学生心理压力。通过比较分析可看出,经常参加体育运动的高中学生,其心理压力困扰的程度明显低于不经常参加者,研究认为,科学锻炼有助于提高高中学生身心健康。
An analysis of the results of a survey conducted by 300 high school students found that they were generally plagued by psychological stress. The stressors causing high school students’psychological stress should be fully recognized, and the stressors of high school students should be controlled by adjusting their sources of stress and improving their adaptability. Through comparative analysis, it can be seen that high school students who regularly participate in sports are significantly less likely to suffer from psychological stress than those who do not attend frequently. The study suggests that scientific training can help improve the physical and mental health of high school students.
