由付溶血性弧菌所引起的食物中毒在国内外文献已有不少报导,特别是在海产品丰富的沿海地区,付溶血性弧菌食物中毒的报告就更为多见。我站自1965年8月8日第一次从细菌学方面证实了南海“148货轮”海员因吃白切鸡引起付溶血性弧菌中毒后,每年夏秋季节均发现有本病发生。现将我市近十年来(1969~1978年)付溶血性弧菌食物中毒情况进行小结,拟从中摸索出我市付溶血性弧菌食物中毒的主要致病因素、发病规律和流行特点,为进一步制订切实可行的预防措施提供科学依据。
