选用Wistar雄性大鼠6只,体重为350～450g。所有动物事先都做了胰液导管、胆汁引流导管和十二指肠插管的慢性三通术。实验前禁食14小时,但饮水不限。在不影响肝胆
6 Wistar male rats were selected and their body weight was 350 ~ 450g. All animals had a prior pancreatic duct, bile drainage catheter and duodenal intubation of chronic tee. Fasting 14 hours before the experiment, but not limited to drinking water. Does not affect the liver and gallbladder
