本文针对油田上油、气计量的实际情况,提出了应用流量传感器测量气、液两相流的体积流量的方法。通过分析气液两相流动型态的形成机理和运动规律,自行设计了测量流程,即用一条上坡管连接(弯头连接)大坡度下降管的特殊管路,且保证在所要测量的流量范围内、上坡管路内流动都是塞状流,并截断液塞后液膜的流动,然后利用两个泡状流的空泡率传感器精确测量气、液两相流的体积流量,同时综合分析了产生误差的原因。通过实验验证,取得了比较满意的结果。
In this paper, according to the actual situation of oiling and gas metering in oilfield, a method of measuring the volumetric flow of gas and liquid two-phase flow by using flow sensor is proposed. By analyzing the forming mechanism and motion law of the gas-liquid two-phase flow pattern, the measurement flow is designed by using a special pipe connected with the up-down pipe (elbow connection) , The flow in the uphill pipeline is a plug flow, and the flow of the liquid film after the liquid plug is cut off. Then, the volume flow of the gas and liquid two-phase flow is accurately measured by using two bubble flow rate bubble rate sensors Comprehensive analysis of the reasons for the error. Through experimental verification, we have achieved satisfactory results.
