汽车起重机作业时,活动支腿结构对整机稳定性起到重要支撑作用。因结构形式独特,不同产品结构及布置形式差异较大,使得传统台架式支腿组件分装、总装模式还在广泛应用。基于分装过程中存在占用区域面积大、物料转运距离远、人员走动距离大,总装过程标准化作业水平低等不足点,结合流水线生产技术及控制系统原理,对活动支腿结构组件流水线生产方式进行分析研究。文中主要对流水线的系统组成、运行方式、工作特点及使用情况进行了说明和介绍。生产实践表明:该流水线具有产品覆盖范围广、操作安全可靠、自动化控制程度高等优点,同时还具备提升活动支腿组件外观质量及工作标准化的作用。
