山区高速公路是西部地区道路运输网络中的重要干线系统,其内部交通安全影响因素较多、各因素之间关系复杂,考虑到这些因素之间的模糊性以及不确定性,从道路条件、行车环境、交通安全设施以及管理手段等方面着手,引进范数灰关联度概念对各影响因素进行客观赋权,利用同一、差异、对立的集对分析理论对影响山区高速公路路段安全性的主要因素进行等级划分,进而结合权重值得出山区高速公路不同路段的安全等级。方法避免了高速公路路段安全性评估中的不确定因素的影响,得到较为客观的评价结果。实例评价结果表明,该方法能够准确反映山区高速公路各路段安全性程度,能够为高速公路管理部门提供决策依据。
Mountain Expressway is an important trunk system in the road transport network in western China. There are many factors affecting traffic safety in the interior of the area. The relationship among the factors is complex. Considering the fuzziness and uncertainty between these factors, Environment, traffic safety facilities and management methods, the author introduced the concept of norm gray relational degree to objectively empower all the influencing factors. By using the same, different and opposite set-pair analysis theory, the main factors that affect the safety of mountain expressway sections Level classification, and then combined with the weight value of mountain highway in different sections of the security level. The method avoids the influence of the uncertainties in the highway section safety assessment and obtains a more objective evaluation result. The evaluation results of the examples show that the method can accurately reflect the safety of each section of expressway in mountainous area, and can provide decision-making basis for freeway management department.
