能源工业对于宁夏经济的发展起着重要的支柱作用。分析发现,在宁夏能源、经济、环境系统中,环境系统出现退化现象,亟待强化环境保护治理。金融是能源工业可持续发展中的核心一环,金融支持宁夏能源工业发展过程中存在的问题有,产业政策与信贷政策不够协调,多层次、全方位的能源金融市场体系和产品服务体系尚未形成,金融机构贷款的行业集中度过高,能源信贷与能源工业景气监测存在盲点。应加强产业政策与信贷政策的协调与对接,设立能源投资基金,加强能源产业和能源金融的景气分析,提高风险评价、预警和处置能力。
