我任教高中物理教学十几年来,一直扮演着“教书匠”的角色,只注重教师的“教”忽略了学生的“学”。教学的目标是完成教学任务,教学的内容是教材和自己认为重要的知识,教学的效果是教得踏实。而对学生学得怎么样却很少关注,或者知道学生没学懂迫于教学任务来不及给学生更多时间巩固,从而导致教与学的脱节。在新课改理念的指引下和课堂教学实践探索中我真正感觉到自己以前教学中存在的问题。现在我能认识到教师与学生在教学中的地
