麦角胺是从麦角菌(Clavices purpurea)中分离的一种生物碱,广泛用于间发性神经痛的治疗和防止偏头痛的发作。为了更好地研究麦角胺的镇痛作用,本次研究了麦角胺对停服吗啡后引起的痛觉过敏的作用。 实验对象为20~25g雄性小白鼠,随机分为3组,1组给予吗啡(吗啡溶于5%的蔗糖溶液)。1~2天药物浓度为0.1mg/ml,3~4天为0.2mg/ml,5~6天为0.3mg/ml,7~15天为0.4mg/ml,第15天停服吗啡,以自来水代替;其余2组分别给予生理盐水(溶于5%的蔗糖溶液)和自来水。 实验结果:在停服吗啡的0h,采用热板法测量吗啡、蔗糖和水3组的痛阈值分别
Ergotamine is an alkaloid isolated from Clavices purpurea and is widely used for the treatment of intercurrent neuralgia and the prevention of migraine attacks. In order to better study the analgesic effect of ergotamine, this study investigated the effect of ergotamine on hyperalgesia caused by morphine withdrawal. The experimental subjects were 20-25g male mice and were randomly divided into 3 groups. One group was given morphine (morphine dissolved in 5% sucrose solution). The concentration of the drug was 0.1 mg/ml in 1 to 2 days, 0.2 mg/ml in 3 to 4 days, 0.3 mg/ml in 5 to 6 days, 0.4 mg/ml in 7 to 15 days, and morphine was stopped on the 15th day. Tap water was used instead; the other two groups were given physiological saline (dissolved in 5% sucrose solution) and tap water, respectively. Experimental results: At 0 h after morphine withdrawal, the pain thresholds of the morphine, sucrose, and water groups were measured using the hot plate method.
