中小学音乐教师在入职前所经历的学校教育大多以技能课为主,兼修少量的教学教法课,课堂教学实践经验很少,难以将所学知识和实际教学相结合。中小学音乐教师的校本培训因此逐渐得到了重视和推广。西南地区中小学音乐教育有着比较鲜明的地域特点,探索西南地区音乐教师校本培训的实施方案,有着重要的现实意义。
Primary and secondary school music teachers in pre-service school experience most of the skills-based, and a small amount of teaching methods, classroom teaching experience rarely, it is difficult to combine the knowledge and practice of teaching. Therefore, the school-based training of music teachers in primary and secondary schools has gradually gained the attention and promotion. Music education in primary and secondary schools in Southwest China has distinctive geographical features. It is of great practical significance to explore the implementation of school-based training of music teachers in Southwest China.
