我国种子产业的兴起和发展,使农业内部产业结构发生了巨大变化。正如历史上因生产力发展而引起的社会分工一样,随着种子经济机制的完善,种子业已成为国民经济中不可缺少的产业经济部门。我国种子经济由自然经济向商品经济发展过程中提出的经济问题,业已超出了农业经济学的研究范畴。社会经济发展要求经济科学,分门别类地研究日益复杂和多样化的经济问题。因此,种子经济学的诞生不仅是种子经济实践的必然结果,而且反映了社会科学发展的必然规律。
The rise and development of China’s seed industry has undergone tremendous changes in the industrial structure of agriculture. Just as in the history of social division of labor caused by the development of productive forces, with the improvement of the seed economic mechanism, the seed industry has become an indispensable industrial and economic sector in the national economy. The economic problems raised by China’s seed economy from the development of the natural economy to the commodity economy have already gone beyond the scope of agricultural economics research. Socio-economic development requires economic science, studying the increasingly complex and diversified economic issues in different sectors. Therefore, the birth of seed economics is not only the inevitable result of the practice of seed economy, but also reflects the inevitable law of the development of social science.
