随着电力集团“走出去”不断向纵深推进,境外经营环境日益险峻,面对完全不同的市场格局、政策法规、社会宗教文化,以及劳工结构,如何同东道国的政府机构、工会组织、雇员及环保组织进行有效沟通,积极履行和承担相应的社会责任,争取获得广泛的支持和理解,营造和谐宽松的市场环境,成为电力集团在全球化浪潮中获得新的竞争优势的关键所在。社会责任是电力集团“走出去”不可回避的话题作为全球仅次于美国的第二大经济体,我国对世界经济和政治的影响力与日俱增。电力集团“走出去”不仅在世界经济与能源建设的舞台上扮演着重要角色,其自身对于社会责任的探索和实践更加获得关注。
