本文采用TG、DTG方法研究了Ni(OH)2 在H2 中还原制备超细镍粉过程的反应机理。并用Doyle -Ozawa法和Kissinger法测定了还原反应的动力学参数 ,反应的活化能为1 0 0 . 2 5kJ/mol,反应级数为 1 . 0 8。还原反应为一步完成的。
In this paper, TG, DTG method was used to study the reaction mechanism of Ni (OH) 2 reduction in the preparation of ultrafine nickel powder in H2. The kinetic parameters of the reduction reaction were determined by Doyle-Ozawa method and Kissinger method. The activation energy of the reaction was 100.5kJ / mol and the reaction order was 1.08. The reduction is done in one step.
