大学英语学习过程中的“高原期”是指大学生通过英语基础学习和训练后,在语言应用能力方面出现停滞不前现象的阶段。本文通过分析“高原期现象”的特点及其表现和产生的原因,继而提出培养学生的学习兴趣,增强学习动机;培养学生的学习策略,转变旧有观念,营造良好的学习环境,提高学生英语的运用能力;重视学生情感因素,加强师生情感交流的解决策略,旨在改善和消除大学英语学习中的“高原期现象”。
The “plateau period” in the process of college English learning refers to the stage in which college students appear stagnant in language application ability after their basic learning and training in English. By analyzing the characteristics of “Plateau Phenomenon ” and its causes and causes, this paper proposes to cultivate students’ interest in learning and enhance their motivation to learn; to develop their learning strategies, to change their old ideas, to create a good learning environment and to improve Students’ ability to use English; emphasis on emotional factors in students, and strengthening the solution to the emotional exchanges between teachers and students, aiming to improve and eliminate “plateau phenomenon ” in college English learning.
