FHIT是在染色体3P14.2上找到的一个肿瘤抑制基因,在多种恶性肿瘤中存在表达减少和缺失。本文结合FHIT的结构和功能对FHIT与原发性肝癌关系的研究进展情况进行综述。
FHIT is a tumor suppressor gene found on chromosome 3P14.2 with reduced expression and deletion in a variety of malignancies. This review summarizes the research progress on the relationship between FHIT and primary liver cancer based on the structure and function of FHIT.
