对茂名石化乙烯厂的乙烯气C4201一次机的流量改造方案进行了探讨。通过考虑各种流量调节方法的特点和C4201一次机的实际工作要求,分析比较了可用于C4201机流量调节的各种方案。针对初步优选的减小气缸内径的改造方案,阐述了在改造中需要考虑的工程问题,以及改造成本和经济效益方面的简单评价。采用的工程设计和研究方法,对压缩机流量调节方案的抉择和一般工程设计方案评价有参考意义。
Maoming Petrochemical ethylene plant ethylene gas C4201 a flow of the transformation program was discussed. By considering the characteristics of various flow regulation methods and the actual working requirements of C4201 primary machine, various schemes that can be used for C4201 machine flow regulation are analyzed and compared. In view of the preliminary and preferred improvement plan to reduce the cylinder bore diameter, the engineering problems to be considered in the reformation, as well as the simple evaluation of the reform cost and economic benefits, are described. The engineering design and research methods adopted are of significance for the choice of compressor flow adjustment schemes and the evaluation of general engineering design schemes.
