主要探讨了涤纶经编间隔织物复合材料在低速冲击条件下的能量吸收特性。通过调整复合方式、树脂含量以及冲击速度,分析受冲击试样背面的剩余冲击力和破坏特征,比较各个参数对材料冲击防护性能的影响。结果表明:随着冲击速度的增加,固含量对复合材料冲击防护性能的影响由弱变强;在较高冲击速度下,双面为树脂光滑平面的复合材料抗冲击性能较好;在较高固含量条件下,双面树脂镂空复合材料的剩余冲击力较小,能量耗散效果明显,冲击防护性能优异。
The energy absorption characteristics of polyester warp knitted spacer fabric composite under low speed impact conditions were mainly discussed. By adjusting the compounding method, the resin content and the impact velocity, the residual impact and failure characteristics on the back of the impact specimen were analyzed, and the impact of each parameter on the impact protection performance was compared. The results show that with the increase of impact velocity, the impact of solid content on the impact protection performance of the composite decreases from weak to strong. At high impact velocity, the composite with both sides of smooth resin has better impact resistance, Under the condition of solid content, the residual impact force of the double-sided resin hollow composite material is small, the energy dissipation effect is obvious and the impact protection performance is excellent.
