为观察二氯一溴异氰尿酸对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞的杀灭效果及其影响因素,进行了载体定量杀菌试验。结果,以含有效氯100 mg/L的二氯一澳异氰尿酸溶液作用10min,对布片上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞的杀灭率达100%。在消毒液pH4.0~8.0时,以pH4.0时杀菌效果较好,随pH上升杀菌效果明显下降。小牛血清对其杀菌作用有明显影响。该化合物为杀菌作用受有机物与溶液pH影响的杀芽胞剂。
