【摘 要】目的：探讨使用美皮康预防气管切开术后颈部压疮的临床效果；方法：以84例因病情需要行气管切开的患者为研究对象，随机分为实验组和对照组，其中对气管导管仅做常规固定处理的28例为对照组，在患者颈部垫以美皮康贴的56例为实验组，观察患者颈部压疮的形成情况并及时予以处理；结果：实验组和对照组预防气切术后颈部压疮的比较有统计学意义；结论：气管切开术后患者颈部使用美皮康对颈部压疮的预防和控制有效。
