本刊先后收到有关胰岛细胞肿瘤外科治疗方面的论文3篇,现综合整理如下: 临床资料一、性别、年龄 3组共78例(第三人民医院19例,瑞金医院26例,华山医院33例),男41例,女37例。年龄最小14岁,最大62岁(平均39.8岁)。病史最长者12年,最短者1个半月。二、临床表现所有病例均有低血糖症候群,如全身大汗淋漓、精神错乱、抽搐、吐白沫及清晨昏睡不醒等。发作时血糖多在50毫克％以下,最低者仅5.6毫克％。如在发作时立即给予糖水等喂饲或静脉注射葡萄糖,症状立即消 The journal has received 3 papers on the surgical treatment of pancreatic islet cell tumors.
