在制造业ＣＩＭＳ应用集成平台的项目背景下，深入研究了其底层系统使能的运行管理与控制系统的体系结构及实施方案，结合目前国际上在软件代理及工作流方面的研究工作，提出了ＣＩＭＳ分布环境下的运控系统的代理体系结构，及构建在其上的基于工作流管理的应用协作方式．本文利用软插件的设计原则与方法实现运控代理的设计，并通过提供相应的代理ＡＰＩ接口、工作流ＡＰＩ接口及相应的平台管理工具，保证了集成平台的运控系统的开放性、可靠性和先进性
